Small group

Training With Rachel Kaser

Accountability and encourgement from a small group of people can lead to incredible results. Rachel’s small group training program combines the benefits of personal training and creating a bond with a group of close friends.

Few things feel better than reaching a common goal with your tribe.

Small group training, or working out with 3 to 5 people and the Rachel, is an ideal way to stay motivated and connected. Small group training provides a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of
working with a fitness professional all while focusing on a common goal.

Whether it’s a bridal party prepping for the big day, a group training for their first marathon, or newbies that want an introduction to weight training, small group training is a perfect fit for you and your
favorite people!

Client Testimonials

Rachel is an amazing person to work with and she gets along with so many people and her people skills are point on! Of all the people who know her, I have never heard anyone say anything bad against her or her character! She is steadfast in her beliefs, in everything she stands for, and she helps others to find their full potential!

Kim Graham

I feel even though I enjoy working out and giving 100%, sometimes I lack the motivation to put in that extra 10 to 15%. Rachel has a fire that demands that extra push and does an excellent job at getting it out of those she is coaching. I can honestly say when I leave her session I walk away knowing I left all I had there.

Jason Lambright

I am not one of those people who love or even like to exercise. I do it sporadically at best but I find myself looking forward to Rachel kicking my butt in 45 minutes of spin while I whisper, “I hate her”, to myself.  Rachel makes exercise ALMOST fun!  Even while my legs are sore I can tell the difference in how well I am sleeping and my overall mental attitude.
